Now when astronauts go out on the moon or in space in general, there are serious issues with temperature and the suits are well controlled. When racecar drivers go driving, they have to take serious precautions, because you can easily lose a ton of water weight when you go and therefore get dehydrated among other things. But there are people who are actually doing this on purpose, despite the fact that you can gain water weight back so fast. They are using solar suits to lose more weight during their daily workouts. They also wear sweat suits for the same purpose, even though those definitely don’t look good to say the least. It’s easy to be fooled by this idea, and many have bought them. But the reality is that sweating makes you feel like you’re getting skinnier and getting toxins out. But it doesn’t produce the body fat reduction you want and it can be dangerous even in smaller amounts than a racecar driver may experience for example. Your body is about 2/3 water and especially when you wear plastic solar suits, you can squeeze some of that water out. You only drop a few immediate pounds, but you are losing the water and important electrolytes as well. Water works to cool you down during workouts, it essentially makes every part of your body work the way it’s supposed to. So don’t think for a minute that it’s the best idea.
